insights for a balanced life
This week I finished “Benedict’s Way: An Ancient Monk’s Insights for a Balanced Life.”
It was a great book that I’d definitely recommend! I’m not catholic nor do I follow Benedict’s Rule, but it is a short, easy read that really helps add depth and breadth to a process of spiritual formation in the life of a Christian.
