Two weeks ago my daughter asked me to remember something she needed today, and I texted a reminder to my e-mail address, and later transferred the to-do to Things, my productivity software. Then I forgot about it.
Yesterday, the to-do popped up as scheduled, and today I got to be the hero. I’ve used Things for a month now and it has changed how I track goals, to-do’s, tumblelog...

Caffeine-Free
For years I stumbled through afternoons thinking that I “needed” caffeine to push through. I was addicted.
I broke free from that two years ago, and now when I’m tired or sluggish the thought of caffeine rarely even crosses my mind. It’s no longer a part of my life.
If you think you “need” caffeine and think you can’t give it up, you can! Give it a shot!
