website redesign

Recently a web designer had a negative (and I mean negative) experience with the American Airlines website and so he redesigned it - just the homepage.  Just looking at the old and the new is a worthwhile educational opportunity for all of us.  Be sure to click on his example of the new site.  It’s incredible.
